baby!!! No choice but to kill them on a Saturday night while everyone is out drinking and partying celebrating and some just wasting life away. I'm in here getting better because I know that there are some hungry competitors out there thinking I'm not that hungry but soon people will realize that I've been STARVING FOR F GREATNESS SINCE I WAS A CHILD! baby! its time and is coming for me. People wanna talk about how bad they want this title but who's really wanting to do it with no one in the room telling you how great you are. I have people telling me how bad I am and of course many positive fans who stay quiet knowing that come that time on Saturday night under those Olympia Lights, all the pain, all the hate received and all of the love will be validated with absolute VICTORY! last night... When trying to gain weight or muscle you need to eat more & lift heavier. Of course, there are important details to that statement but thatโ€™s the basic idea. So Iโ€™ve heard... Now I want BIGGER LEGS but not a bigger upper body. Odd for a male to want to stay small in his upper body๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคช. Anyway - if I can do 5 controlled reps on big leg moves Iโ€™m gonna have to add a bit more weight so I can add that size (except for a warm up set or 2). Once in a while Iโ€™ll still lift lighter weight for some variety for my legs. This is going to be a LONG process. Probably the entire year of 2018! Let the fun begin ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฟ #54andfit #165lbman

Session 295 today my body hurt namely my ribs, back, and face lol so in my mind today was a day off. But the reality is I am just sore. I have other muscle groups I can train so I went and got a great work out in with some extra . The best part is I am coming right back in the morning and getting another workout in. I canโ€™t sit around and wait for it to happen I have to make it happen.

We have a hack squat!!! Im so excited that my local gym finally got one of these. Why did I want one so badly? It is because while there are many ways that you can work the quads in a lengthened position (think knee flexion), you will be hard pressed to find a machine or exercise that allows you as much stability as the hack squat does. The amount resistance you choose means shit if you can't stabilize well enough to place it in the desired working muscle. On Fridays, we work legs, and make faces. 40 40nation 40ambassador apperal

Did this ๐Ÿ‘‡ plyo circuit for the glutes on the bosu๐Ÿ‘Œ 20 (each leg) jumping Bulgarian split squat 20 jumping squats on the bosu 20 (each leg) side lunges with one foot on the bosu ๐Ÿ‘‰awesome because : 1. It gets the heart rate going (=t'hell with cardio๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿป) 2. Doing the movements on the bosu causes your stabilizer muscles to activate, engaging both your legs and core into the movement give it a try
